[Anthill-pro] Auto agent upgrade not working

Ah yes, I had a sneaking suspicion it might be due to the way we're running
our agents.

Initially when we setup anthill we were having issues running the agents as
services, so we set up all of our agents to run using the java service
wrapper.  If stop the service, start up the agent using the command line bat
file it upgrades fine.

Maybe time to give the included service materials another try.
