[Anthill-pro] Cleanup Policy Not firing

I am using Anthill Pro 3.2.1.
I have created a cleanup policy and I have set several projects to use
it.  
I have also setup an interval schedule and I have associated the cleanup
job with this.  
The problem is that it never fires, so the cleanup never happens.
I am using a different interval schedule to do nightly builds and that
works fine.
If I go to the administration tab then to Schedules, the new schedule
shows up, next occurrence is correct.
If I go to the administration tab then to Cleanup Policies, I can see my
policy with the correct projects in the, "Used In Projects" column.

 Any ideas on how to get this to work?
