I also found some exceptions in the server log and I believe this might have something to do with the problem.
 
Here is the exception that I believe is causing the problem:

The AnthillPro server was running on an Windows 2003 server before we upgraded to 3.4.5, it is now running on a RH linux machine.
 
Most of our developers are using Windows XP Pro with German regional settings. I have changed them on one machine use a different Date/Time format and it seems to help in some cases.
 
I can send the entire log if necessary.
