[Anthill-pro] Cleaning up the temp folder.

Also, I'm surprised that the db folder is taking up a lot of space. I take it you are using Derby. Do you have a lot of backups in there. I think Derby will pre-allocate space so it may appear larger than it really is. I have seen small installations take up a few hundred MBs but nothing too large.
