Hi Ryan,

The db folder I mentioned is in the var/temp folder. There were a number of others, such as,
codestation, artifacts, and published in the var/temp folder, that must have been backed up 
during the upgarde. 

At the time of the upgarde to 3.4.5 I migrated to mysql and have since removed the previous backups of the derby db.


I removed the above mentioned folders from var/temp and now have 40GB free space.

Also, I'm surprised that the db folder is taking up a lot of space. I take it you are using Derby. Do you have a lot of backups in there. I think Derby will pre-allocate space so it may appear larger than it really is. I have seen small installations take up a few hundred MBs but nothing too large.
