We're running version 3.4.6. The server settings link had the slashes as
"\\". I switched them to "//" and it got past that error.

Ken,

Did you upgrade recently?  Can you check on your System Tab, and then
click the server settings link, and verify that your External URL is
correct.

I have a secondary workflow that runs a job which will scp artifacts to
a remote server. The job fails on the 3rd step, "Resolve Artifact", with
an error of "invalid url: http:\\ahp.uhc.com". The first two steps are
to set the work dir and create the stamp. I followed the process in
"Chapter 23. Run a Simple Deployment" to create the job and workflow.
