[Anthill-pro] Inactive BuildLife

I have never been able to get that tab to load if there is actual 'Activity' I've been reporting it since I first loaded 3.4 and it has been dismissed like so many other things.

Curtis, does it appear on the 'Current Activity' tab? That should show you the current running jobs and give you the ability to abort them.
