Steve, Eric,
It's all working now. The infrastructure team was...inaccurate...with
their implementation of some firewall stuff.
Thanks for the help,
-Wes

Wes,
Can you shut down the server, and try starting it up using the Run
command. Is there any error message that is thrown on startup? If
not, what address does it say it should be running on?

Eric,
On the CI server, I access the web UI using http://ciserver. I installed
using port 80. I've been through the installation twice (deleted
everything after thinking this problem was a user-install error, which
it no doubt still is). The first time I installed at 8080 and accessed
locally using http://ciserver:8080 and had remote timeouts using the
same address. I attempted http:://10.1.x.x:8080 also but the DNS is
working fine and I still timed out remotely.
Are there any tricks during the install I am missing?
Thanks,
-Wes

Wes,
The external url field is just there to let Anthill know how other
machines would refer to this box - it's used when putting URLs in emails
and that kind of thing.
Do you actually connect to the box at http://localhost or do you have it
at some interesting port like: http://localhost:8080 . If the later,
others would need to access the Anthill3 instane at
http://ciserver:8080.
