[Anthill-pro] AntHill 3.4 needed functionality

Uldis,
I'm not sure I'm following the issue. When we copy a project, we copy all workflows and jobs directly under the project. Any library workflows or library jobs that are used in the project are not copied, they are referenced by the copy as well. The new project will not and can not reference anything in the original project.
