Curtis,
I want them both - use library for Main codelines and builds development but
copy them for branched codelines.

Sounds like you don't want to use the library function to and just get a
copy.

Exactly! :) I don`t want to reference anything in Original project. I need
functionality that Jobs from library which are assigned to Original project
are not referenced in new project. They are copied to new project so it does
not use Jobs from libraries anymore but have them in new project. This is
very important on codeline branches.
So there will be to project copying modes - "Copy as standalone project" or
"Copy with refrences"
I hope I was clear enough.

I'm not sure I'm following the issue. When we copy a project, we copy all
workflows and jobs directly under the project. Any library workflows or
library jobs that are used in the project are not copied, they are
referenced by the copy as well. The new project will not and can not
reference anything in the original project.
