Exactly! My Every Project build scripts are referencing on different
changelists on Common build scripts also.

My understanding is that he wants a option when he copies a project that it
takes everything and puts it under the new project. It would no longer be
referencing the library workflow and jobs, it would make a copy of those in
the new project. Its like you are branching the configuration so that
changes to the library do not affect the new project.
