[Anthill-pro] Deny running originating workflows

Hello!

I hope You guys are already working on this but I`ll report it anyway. There
is very unhandy\confusing way how simple users can know if they have
permission to run Originating workflows. For Non-originating everything is
simple - if You don`t have permission You just can`t see it. On AntHill3.3
the same was with originating workflows, but on 3.4 every user in his
Dashboard sees "Build" option. After pressing it AntHill asks for other
credentials. Maybe it is some special functionality but my goal is to allow
users run ONLY non-originating workflows, so this "Build" option should not
be there if user don`t have rights to Execute this workflow.
