Curtis,
Yes, you can only use one JIRA server, however you can set up different
areas for each team to file their issues, which will keep them separated,
and sorted.
Once the configuration of JIRA is complete, you are free to use the steps to
communicate with JIRA.
We test against JIRA, so if you have any questions we can help.
