[Anthill-pro] Had to delete a workflow before a new one could becreated

I have not been able to repeat the error, and the user has not reported
any problems since. I'll definitely make sure to get the full error text
if we see it again.

Peter,

It should not have anything to do with a limit in derby. 

If you can get the exact error we can take a look and see what it might
be.
