[Anthill-pro] Downgrading server and agents

Hi

Now that we started to use anthill for our live deployments, it's
becoming more burochratic and riskier to to upgrades in the server.
I had thought of doing the following before actually upgrading everything:

- setup a copy of the DB
- copy the entire server folder
- setup the copy of the server to use the db copy
- stop the main server
- start the server copy
- run all my tests
- if all goes well upgrade the main copy, otherwise, wait for fixes.

The only problem on this that I can think of is that once the agents
have been upgraded during my tests, and in the case I decide to not go
for the upgrade, if the clients would downgrade nicely...?
