[Anthill-pro] Moving a user from Anthill to system realm

"Users" are determined by who has actually committed code to the
repositories.
If you click on the System Tab, and then the License link, you can view your
license. From here if you click on the Users tab you will see all users
that AnthillPro is counting against your license.
You are not able to change the User Stale Days setting, it is incorporated
into your license, and someone from Urbancode would have to make that
adjustment.
If a user is inactive, at the time the stale days pass, they will be removed
from the system until activity is noticed by AnthillPro.
