[Anthill-pro] Cannot delete agent

An agent will be marked online if the agent is sending a heartbeat
message periodically to the server. The only way a agent can be online
is if this message is received because that state is not saved in the
database, it is a runtime status. Your agent must still be running and
talking to the server.
