[Anthill-pro] Waiting on Agents forever

I have a non-originating workflow which I want users to run manually  
by selecting "Run Secondary Process."  Its job is configured to use  
any available agent, however when I try to run it, it's stuck in  
"Waiting on Agents" forever, even when there is no other build activity.

If I try to look at the log for the job I only see  
"FileNotFoundException: The file '/usr/local/anthill3/server/var/log/ 
job/426/5/main.log' could not be found and the mustExist flag was set!"

Any ideas?
