[Anthill-pro] Upgraded to 3.5.1, can't retrieve dependencies

I just finished upgrading our server to v3.5.1 and now none of my projects
can retrieve dependencies from other projects.  I use the anthill
codestation-client.jar library and a "resolve-dependencies" step in my Ant
scripts to resolve the dependencies of my projects.  I've tried copying the
latest codestation-client.jar into my ant lib directory to no avail.  The
following is the output when I run my ant script:
