[Anthill-pro] Stamp Context

 Ok, I have reverted to the stock script and not the one in the
documentation. This script seemed to work for one project but when I
checked I saw I checked out revision 31510 yet the script returned
31440??

On another project I got a '0' and then though it was because it was the
first build, no changelog and all but when I re-ran the build I got '0'
again!

So, for SVN at least I think we still need some work on the Stamp
Context script. I am under increasing pressure to provide this
functionality now that I said "I can do that!"
