Yeah I think so, after the root I'd need the project and branch (trunk
or otherwise). Thus combined with our new stamps that contain svn
revision number we'd have a positive ID right in the artifact as to it's
origin.

This gets the URL from the repository. Do you need to concatenate it
with the source config or module information?
