[Anthill-pro] "Not all agents in server group QA-LOAD were online" error

Hi

I'm getting the error:
com.urbancode.anthill3.services.agent.RequiredAgentOfflineException:
Not all agents in server group QA-LOAD were online ....

We actually have one agent offline, but that agent is in another tier,
and the agent selector script doesn't return it.

What's the algorithm that is used to see if the required agents are
offline and present this message?

I remember that there was an error related to this, but I thought it
had been fixed on 3.5 release.
