[Anthill-pro] 3.5.2 features

The Step condition is pretty straight forward. More options over what we
already have. We already have step pre-conditions like "All prior
success" or "Any Prior Failure". I now see additional options for Prior
Failure (just the step immediately before this step) and conversely,
Prior Success. Not sure if Never is new or not but that is another
option.
 
We've used these more and more for stuff like Publishing JUnit even if a
build fails and of course label steps.

I noted a couple of 3.5.2 features that I'd like a bit more info on. One
of these is the "update status of JIRA issues based upon changelog." How
does this differ from JIRA's Subversion plugin that automatically
updates an issue to include a list of the files committed against that
issue? The other feature I see listed is "step conditions". Some
additional detail on this would be appreciated.
