[Anthill-pro] Step-Execution only by changes

Hi all,

we provide for a developerteam the ci-build. Regrettably the projects exists
yet and therefore we want to configure anthill
to build all modules only when necessary. Today i have configured a job with
30 steps, the first is the population-step,
the others are maven-builder-steps. Also all builders will be executed so
the job is running 30 minutes and more. 
I need a possibilty to execute the builders only by changes for example by
analyzing the changelog.
