[Anthill-pro] Step-Execution only by changes

Freddy,
What kind of quiet period do you have set up for the project? If you have a
Changelog Quiet Period, then anthill will check the changelog too see if
there is any changes. You could also set up your project to build everytime
a developer make a commit to the SCM.
One option could be to schedule the build every hour. Have anthill check
the changelog for changes, and if there are not any it will not build.
Do you currently have your project set up to skip the quiet period?
