[Anthill-pro] Read-only users cannot see project

Yes, it definitely is "a bit less obvious". I did look for something =
like this, but I clicked on the pencil icon expecting to see it there =
and didn't see anything related to folder security. Any reason why that =
shield icon is located off by itself like that, other than for "security =
by obscurity"? Why not have it next to the pencil?

Exactly. If you click into a folder on administrator there is a shield=20
icon on the top-right that allows you to configure folder permissions.=20
This is a bit less obvious than it should be, but that's where to look.
