Hi Steve,
 
Sorry about the previous email, I switched to the JDK and I was able to connect. 
Setting JAVA_HOME seems to have helped. After setting JAVA_HOME I am now receiving the messages.

Ronald,

We have not had any reported issues with the Tray Icon.  

Can you start the Tray Icon up from the command line by typing      java -jar Anthill3TrayIcon.jar

If there are any errors be throwing, we would see them there.  

Also, can you try forcing a build, and seeing if there is anything logged on the server log too?
