[Anthill-pro] 2 questions

Damian,

is that a library job that you are configuring? If so, some of the steps 
below won't show up as an option because they are dependent on a project 
(the manual yes/no task can only start another workflow in the same 
project) but the library jobs are outside the scope of any project.
