[Anthill-pro] "Maximum Number of Jobs: *" metric problem on agents.

Frederic,

I was able to reproduce this. It looks like the change to the max # of jobs isn't taking full effect until the server is restarted.

I will file this as a issue to be fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
