[Anthill-pro] AnthillPRO Build problems

How do you restart the server/any agents, I haven't changed anything, but I
believe a restart may help before I make any conclusions.  I can't find how
to restart the server ANYWHERE.
I too thought it was a firewall issue, but I am using anthill on the same
machine it is running on.
