I am using 3.3.1.b163 (Been to busy with releases to attempt an
upgrade)
Which version of Anthill brings "Work directory locking on the agent?"

What version of AnthillPro are you on? Work directory locking on the
agent prevents this from happening now. If you are using a repository
trigger with a repository trigger quiet period than this should not be
happening. How were the two builds created? What do their requests say
they were caused by?
