[Anthill-pro] Suggestion: Provide a way to add agents to a new environment

This is a usability suggestion. I just created a couple of new
environments and while I was creating them I wanted to be able to add
the agents that were going to be assigned to these environments while in
the environment management screen. I couldn't do it from that screen
though. I had to exit from there and then go to each agent, one by one,
and add that agent to the new environment I just created. In one case I
had to add ten agents-a very tedious process. It would have been much
simpler to have been able to select the agents from a list when I
created the environment. Ironically, agents *can* be deleted from an
environment from within the environment management screen. So why not
provide a way to add them from there as well?
