[Anthill-pro] Why is Change Report empty but
PopulateWorkspaceshows files have been synced?

Well, in our case the Subversion server and the Anthill server are the same, so that clearly isn't the explanation is this case. I've just upgraded to 3.5 so I guess we'll have to see if the problem persists.

Peter,
I had asked support about this problem some time back.. the following
was their answer
"
we have discovered a problem with the svn repository trigger when there
is a time drift between the anthill server and the subversion server
(when subversion is ahead with even few seconds) and we are working on
a
resolution. We'll have that out shortly.
I apologize for any inconvenience.

One of the impacted users just reported that he had received a build
email, the first for several days. I checked the logs and in fact this
user had submitted two change sets over a period the past couple of
hours. Both of his code changes triggered builds, but he only received
an email notification in the second case. In the case of his first
check-in, the Populate Workspace step correctly synced up the workspace
with his latest files, along with changes made by another user, but the
change report only included the changes made by the other user. So it
doesn’t appear to be associated with a given user but rather the
behavior is erratic. In some cases a user’s code changes are included in
the Change Report and in some cases they are not. Does anyone have any
ideas here?

Workspaceshows files have been synced?
We have a workflow that is fired on a Subversion repository trigger. The
build works fine, with the Populate Workspace successfully updating the
workspace with the latest files before running the build steps. The
problem is that in some cases the Change Report for the build is empty
or missing entries, and it seems to be geared to certain users, or at
least that is my impression. For some users, the Change Report correctly
includes the Subversion source update(s) that triggered the build. In
the case of other users, their changes are not listed in the change
report, and they also do not receive an email when the build is complete
(unlike the other users who successfully receive an email). This was
working for all users not long ago. In fact, I’m now one of the users
who’s changes are no longer being included in the Change Report. The
only Anthill configuration change of any significance that we’ve made
recently is upgrading from 3.4.7 to 3.4.13. Is this a known problem with
this release?
