[Anthill-pro] Cannot delete agent

I have an agent that does not exist anymore, but I cannot delete the
server's reference to it. The X delete butten is disabled, even though
it is in the ignored list as offline. It's also flagged as running the
wrong version. If I move it into the active list, it shows that it is
online and running the wrong version. I'm not sure why it thinks it is
online because the server address it is pointing to doesn't exist. When
I move it back into the ignored list, it again shows as offline. So, how
can I delete this agent?
