A better way to do this was in my  "Post deployment" job to add:
-  "SVN Get Changelog" using the script:
ServerGroupLookup.getCurrent().getName();
- Add a   "Changelog Publisher" step with the reportname:
Changelog-${bsh:ServerGroupLookup.getCurrent().getName()}

So that I will get one single report for each time the app is deployed...
