Builds should be cleaned up from the LifeCycle Cleanup Policy.

All Builds:  This should be the most aggressive cleanup policy, something
set to 2 and 2.  The idea is that all build will get some sort of a status
(either success or failure) and will not fall into this category.

The rest of your statuses in the clean up policy should be set to your
liking.

It is not recommended to go into the filesystem and just delete random build
lives.
