[Anthill-pro] new support portal

Curtis,

The system has been built to allow individuals to see their tickets
and not the support tickets of other customers.  This was an
intentional business decision and one that seems fairly common, taken
to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, their
information and their systems.
