I think the problem statement usually does not contain any proprietary 
information - "my agent on BeOS is not doing blah-blah" - unless you do 
not want your competitor to troll that you use AH and BeOS.  The details 
of the subsequent conversation w/support could be private. The solution 
is usually either a bug in AH or error on the user' part, but both are 
usually fairly public (unless there is some freudian lack of 
self-confidence that makes urbancode or user uncomfortable sharing the 
mistake(s)).

On the other hand, publicly available bug lists are not a good thing for 
vendors. If I were a teamcity developer, I would be on all AH mailing 
lists :-) - just like years ago weblogic guys were picking brans on 
jboss usergroups.
