It would also be nice  to have a way to interact with the system via 
email and not the web. For people that are on the road and use mobile 
devices, the web interface is not the most convenient one. Most all 
systems that I have used allowed me to email to it with either a 
specific email address or specially formatted subject and the body of 
the message would get appended to a ticket history. If you do not have 
this feature, your support turnaround is limited to the "computer face 
time" - and that  could be  very problematic  - sometimes a day does by 
when I do not sit in front of a real web browser, but with the 
email-based system can continue to be plugged-in and productive.
