[Anthill] build iso-image

We use mkisofs from cdrtools via the exec task.  It's a *nix tool but 
there are some windows binaries around.  I just compiled under cygwin 
and the exe is happy to run on any of our boxes as long as the cygwin 
dll is in the path.
