[Anthill] Force build on schedule

Hi Marcel,

I can't think of a way to force this as Anthill is now. I believe only 
AnthillPro has that feature. However, if you were feeling daring, you 
could probably make some changes to the codebase to make all builds be 
forced. If I remember correctly, that shouldn't be too difficult.
