[Anthill] Commits to head causes branched versions to build.

Is this correct???

If I have two projects, one of which exists as a branch of the other.
Then committing to the head will cause the the other project to be ran 
in a schedule.

For example and discussion I have the following setup.  Project A 
which is built from the head of cvs module FOO.  Project B which is 
build from a branch of module FOO.

Say user Albert commits on the head of FOO, then does the scheduled 
build of Project B get executed even though no changes exist on the 
branch????
