[Anthill] Maintenance Release

Dan,

We are building building with Ant 1.6 internally now and as soon as we 
have some confidence in it, we'll commit it into CVS where you'll be 
able to grab it. I'll be sure to post when that's done. The way we're 
going about making the change is significant enough that we may decide 
to call it 1.8.

It's important enough that we want to get a release out with it right 
away. There are a few small patches that we'll apply with it. Some of 
the other things currently slated for 1.8 may get bounced to a new 1.9.
