[Anthill] Setting up on OSX 10.3.6

Hi Todd,

It is trying to write that file to the home directory of the user
running Anthill. I know we've seen some problems in Windows where Tomcat
is configured to run as a service and Windows assigns it to run as some
system user which doesn't have a home directory. You are probably
running into something similar here.

I haven't done the OSX installation though and don't know which user
Tomcat is running as. I would try to figure that out first. Often it
works best to create a special user just for tomcat.

Regards,

Eric
