[Anthill] anthill deletes work folder and then re-checks-out

Hi all,

When anthill starts up, it deletes the entire work folder and then checks out the entire 
directory. But I dont want this to happen. For the first time let the checkout happen, but for 
the next time, I need to update it rather than completely delete and re-checkout.

Any suggestions ??
