Richard,

All very good questions.  The project is alive and all submitted patches 
have been aplied to the CVS tree.  Bug tracking is unavailable because 
we recently switched from Bugzill to JIRA and have yet to fix the link 
-- it is http://bugs.urbancode.com.  The other links should probably be 
removed since that is all info that is easy enough to get from the 
distributable tar.gz or CVS.

In regards to an updated release, it has been a long time.  We'll get a 
release out by the end of the month.
