[Anthill] Subversion support for Anthill OS

It's our understanding that it is MKS Source Integrity Enterprise that uses
the si commands while the MKS Integrity Manager uses the pj commands.
Currently, only the later is supported by AnthillOS.

Does "testing MKS" mean that it will actually support the current
version of MKS ("si" commands instead of the years-outdated "pj" command
set)?  That (lack of) functionality has been a huge impediment to my
being able to use anthill.
