[Anthill] VSS can't get revision history build fails

Dear anthill-list

I've got a project in VSS.  Anthill successfully gets the latest version and get ant to builds it.  The problem is when anthill tries to get the revision history.  I get the error below.  Any suggestions?

No VSS database (srcsafe.ini) found.  Use the SSDIR environment variable or run
