[Anthill] Scheduled builds not working with Subversion

Folks,

I am trying to setup a scheduled build on Anthill. I cannot get the build to happen using the schedule. The timer counts down, but nothing happens when it elapses. I can build it manually by forcing a build, but not using the schedule system. No exceptions are thrown in the Tomcat window. I've made sure that the project name has no spaces, etc. Any ideas? 

Setup Details: 
Anthill OS v1.7.0.162
Java 1.4.2_03 
Windows XP professional
Subversion v1.0.4
Tomcat v4.1
