[Anthill] Build Errors Path Null

Jeremy,

Good to see that you made progress, I should have checked before sending 
that last email. I'm honestly not sure what's going on here. The conf 
file looks ok on the surface. Could you adjust the log4j.configuration 
file in your conf directory to use DEBUG level logging and try it again? 
I'd like to see if we can get some more information as to which path 
turned out to be null.
